I installed OpenWRT on my TP-Link router. It is working flawlessly. Now, websites are loading even more fast and all the other issues i had with JioFiber router are gone. I did some bufferbloat tests with JioFiber router and TP-Link router with OpenWRT installed. All TP-Link results are tested on ethernet. I got same results on 5ghz Wifi. Here are the results -

This is on JioFiber router connected via 2.4ghz Wifi -

@IfranAli My Waveform speed test is fixed now.

@trichola, check the cable link speed.
Did you make the cat6 cable yourself? if so I recently made the same mistake. I put the cable order wrong (inverse) on one end. so I thought if I inverse it on the other end it should work. But worked only with 100mbps link speed. It is because when you inverse the order there is more interference between wires.

Hello Everyone
Sorry for not updating
As i mention i was going to use Dell Wyse 3040 as an pfsense/opnsense but failed to get working
Well, pfsense/opnsense, interface crashes every time during heavy load and speed test so i tried openwrt and work for an 1.5 days later 8 in morning my father said the internet is down and so i had to fallback to TP-Link router, also link speed between wan and lan were slow so openwrt is also failed

I had use 2 nic, TP-Link UE306 (AX88179) link goes up and down quickly fails to get DHCP IPv4 and Match LB-Link BL-3U1L1G (Realtek RTL-8251/8153) was working but after few hours i was unable to unable to get it working as before

On PFSense/OPNSense community does not help for usb nic and repeatly to use intel nic which was not affordable right now

The same guy where i have purchased Dell Wyse 3040 also have 5070 but I had saw investing little more i would able to get Xiaomi BE3600 around ₹4308 after payment (including forex and excluding custom duty) and i should arrived by 15 days

I keep you updated for any progress

@Myself . You can use any Computer/SBC with 1 nic, Just connect that nic to a Cheap 8 port Managed witch. then you can have 8 adjustable eth port, LAN or WAN.
I just did this with my NanoPi . As I have 2 WAN connection, nano pi r4s only has 1 wan and 1 lan.
I bought TL-SG108E then connect lan from nanopi to that switch. now using VLAN I made port 8 another wan port and port 1-7 act as normal lan ports.

I took this route because I could the TP-Link USB gigabit adapter I bought to be unstable after 1 or 2 days of connection it crashes then I have to replug the USB adapter to fix it again

Bufferbloat test with 300mbps connection

Device: Nanopi R4S

@lordxavier78 well thanks for the suggestion
For me, it was difficult to diagnose what is causing exact problem
Mainly I get this error "2 link states coalesced", later something is hardware issue but still can't confirm it

It seems costly do on Amazon as I am just beginner in this and price restricted also. I am always looking on both olx and facebook marketplace for deal on switch. Also I have Linksys ea6350 but I bricked it due to power failure and also one day I will attempt to restore with uart serial console that has support for vlan

Also there are various thing that openwrt or pfsense or opnsense may lack support features like hardware nat, hardware acceleration which is possible and reliable with Intel nic which are also costly

Also it been a month trying everything and my break is mostly over so in future it would be difficult to assign time for that

Hope that Xiaomi be3600 can handle the ipv4 and ipv6 well

@RKhan21 I brought from sun sky a wholesale and dropshipping e-commerce and it my 2nd time I am shopping from them
It has good reviews on trustpliot
Tip: Please use yanwen instead of China post for shipping as I have ordered from eBay and shipping was done by China post and no update since 1 Nov, in total it is 35 days during transit no way to contact via email or anything
