List of Channels getting Removed form d2h Platform !!!

R u really sure that M Tunes HD is FTA? I really doubt that. I mean why wud they air that channel in HD, for charity?Just as it happened 1 month back - we got a bunch of HD Channels, 6 to be precise, we might get another bunch shortly. If they r removing channels, they have to add new ones. Else it wud be totally difficult to survive - they will lose niche markets, and wont be able to attract new customers.
 
Yes Bro, M Tune HD as well as News Express HD are FTA. UTV Star was FTA for few days on test mode, but gt encrypted. Other than these two, one more Channel Food Food HD is FTA.Atleast d2h should try and provide FTA HD Channels. This will increase their HD bucket and win win situation for us and d2h too.
 
Then its really shocking that these guys arent adding FTA channels! I mean all they have to do is catch the feed & transmit that to us! Or do they still have to pay something for it?
 
May be they would have to pay for it bcoz these channels are available on different satellite frequency and Channels do some tweaking to provide at d2h satellite frequencies. Some thing like that , not sure abt that. Using my own fundas.But people using their open market Dish Antenna and FTA LNB & reciever, they are enjoying these channels free of cost.
 
U have to be specialist in this field to do it yourself! I wud not even dream of doing these experiments, unless i am an engineer with a DTH Company!
 
No dude, If you can dare to be a Chartered Accountant, then setting Antenna is only 5% of that effort :DBut its not possible in Mumbai, as we have flat kind of thing. For setting such Antenna, we should have our own easily accessable roof to keep alignment.
 
Haha, gud 1! But, "Jiska Kaam Usi ko Saaje".......if i end up messing with something, then i will have to listen to quite a few things for spoiling TV Viewing for a day or 2! :D
 
Paras TV which was getting removed on 1st Sep will not be removed due to high demands.



Even NGC Music is in High Demand and wt abt 9xm. I bet 9xm demanding customer count will be 30 times more than Paras TV.
 
But if they add Sony MIX, i think that will fill the void created by 9XM i guess. May be i cud be wrong - i may not be able to see what 9xm viewers can see!
 
I agree with ur points dude, but d2h would have avoided removing 9xm or readded it bcoz their fb pages are full of 9xm request.And one more thing have you noticed, as per lyngsat, they have 6 test Channels. So atleast we can expect 6 new channels along with one @ NGC Music and Music Bhakti. In Total capacity of 8 New Channels.
