@preetam88 I have a static IP may be that's why i have a slightly better ping than redskyitm . They used to give static ip for additional monthly charges , but now I am not sure if they are still giving it or not . If you are not sure take a monthly plan , and then may be migrate to longer duration plan.

I also used a static IP with ACT in the past. This caused billing issues after I discontinued it, as they did not update the billing and continued charging me for it. Every month they manually adjusted the charges after I followed up through support and this continued for 3 months. Escalation to nodal and appellate office was useless. It wasn't until I stopped payment that they finally rectified the issue.

I went for my own VPN setup on a cheap VPS instead of paying them Rs 236 pm for static IP alone.

I use the VPS mainly for multiplayer gaming so my QoS requirements are more focussed towards network speed and quality than b/w, space or pricing. Currently, I am with Shockhosting.net but you can find several competitive options at: WHT VPS offers

I am on ACT for over a month. I took their 300 mbps plan since this is lesser priced compared to similar ones from Airtel or Jio.
Speed is stable and consistent, although I am never able to get more than 280 mpbs on speed tests over wifi in 5ghz band. Not able to check on LAN since my laptop doesnt have a lan port.
I had hathway 150 mbps before this, used to notice some lag on MS office team calls on Hathway.
ACT is much better

I don't think there is any fiber internet provider that's as good as ACT right now in Bangalore. Have been using from past 1 month, and have had no issue most times. Speed is at the best. Other than ACT, Airtel V-Fiber is good too.

ACT fibernet service is such a worst customer service I have ever seen. No one is aware and serious about their work. My internet is not working since a week. I had called them many times may be around 2-3 times everyday. But everyone is speaking same thing like a parrot. But I didn’t got any service from them. Since 1 week I am struggling but instead of resolving my problem they are telling only ***** things. If I have option to give zero star I would have given that. Don’t go for ACT fibernet.Do not take ACT service at any cost.
