Low upload speeds on torrent!?

i want to let my computer sleep at nights :] thats one of the advantages of having a super fast connections and since my uploads dont count in my usage ..i want to upload as much as i can ..this is my personal way of saying thanks to torrent world

I have a "super-fast" connection, and I still have to let my torrents seed for ages to maintain a good ratio (interestingly though, one private tracker nearly banned me recently because they suspected I was cheating with my upload speeds - showing them what my connection was actually doing resolved that situation though).

Some torrents simply seed more quickly than others because they're more popular (duh), others stay at or near zero because they're just not interesting to anyone else except weirdos like me

There's no way of telling what kind of ratio a torrent will give you after seeding it for 8 weeks because obviously, popular ones have hundreds of other seeders and not popular ones are... not popular.

wow! imgur is messed up right now! @on-topic: but i would be in big trouble if my dad saw what i download from net! (its not porn trust me So i usually download in the night and let it seed the whole night and i delete the torrent in the morning

Why delete the torrent? Why not just close your torrent client?

If you want privacy on your pc then use TrueCrypt. Create a large enough container volume and dump your "valuable/secret" data in it. Its password protected and you need to just mount it like a drive when needed.
