many service channels in tata sky

just check out the satcodx website...along with the channels , many slots are just 'service'...are they test channels? any idea?

I dont think ETV has any tamil or malayalam channel as of now.

No idea about their launch. But one thing, during i took Tata Sky connection Tamil Channel count is around 16. So 9 channel out of 16 is good, thats why i took Tata Sky connection. But for the past 1 year the Tamil channel count increased drasticaly to 30. Now 9 channel out of 30 is very bad. :wall:

I bought TS 2 yrs back and i thought the same at that point of time the tamil channel count was much less when you bought your TS and also Sun Channels also was not there in TS platform but i had hoped that by now they would have bring in Raj Channels unfortunately they were able to add only Kalaignar Channel only till date.........What i feel as a TS customer point of view if another 3-4 channels comes TS platform i think the tamil viewers might be satisfied by using TS in the channel content of the TS platform
