Hi,

Finally i have arrived to a place where i am can experience of your broad band service.

In the last few months i have huge problems w.r.t the broadband service.

Telling u frankly, i dont want to post my experience on forum, thus kindly share your mail id (plz dont give me customer care mail-id as i am already pist off of talking to customer care and sending mails to them) through which i can tell all the problems that i ve faced during my tenure as Reliance customer.

HiI have sent my problem in this forum..I am sending you by this also. hope you can give me some idea how to solve thisI am using Rs. 499 offer from reliance broadband...In my desktop PC, there was a problem that net was coming sometimes, rest of the time, i could not open any website...The lan connection was there, but the received data was zero!!So, i was told to change my pc or format it!!!..I changed my pc..now it was a laptop..it was working fine..but after AN hour or so, net disconnects automatically....I contacted the engineer..he told me to switch it off for an hour, it will work again..he told it is not a problem of the connection..it is a problem of your laptop....since then, it is happening again again....i have to wait an hour or two hours...and again it gets connected for an hour or so...and again disconnects and received data is almost zero!!!!Can anybodybody help me plz?

why doesn't some1 take care of reliance netconnect plus broadband WIRELESS service??????? Reliance guys are helping here in wired service...plz look after to the other section guys...connection is sucking..it gives around i mbps in 5 days in a month...sucks in the rest 25 days....around 100-300 kbps...ARE U LISTENING RELIANCE GUYS??????:wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall:
