Hi,On 11th June, 2009, 8:18 PM i had requested for shifing of broadband connection for a different location but it was not responded. After couple of days i called up customer care in order to find out the update but i did not get proper update. Thus on 17th June, 2009, 2:41 PM, i again mailed to revert back on the status. Again i did not get any response. Then i again called for customer care but they did not have any update so i was told that "we will revert back to you by end of the same day". Then after waiting for long time, on 25th June, 2009, 5:29 PM i mailed asking for disconnection of service and by this time i had already made the payment for that month. Now this is getting continued. My concerns are : 1. When i have made the payment for June month and i have request for disconnection of server on 25th June, if the same is not processed then why should i make the payment which is pending till date. 2. I have been charged Rs.500 as One time charges for shifting of connection. Initially i was communicated that there will be no charges applicable for shifting of connection within same premises, but now i have been charged for the same.Then i got a call from local Reliance engineers, introducing themselves as broandband managers for my locality, and they said they ll get waivered off soon and to make the remaining payment. But i am continuously making the payment but till date neither i have got a waiver off niether disconnecting the service. Infact here the guys who so called as account managers also cheated me by sending a message in my mobile and got the payment done. Also sometimes I am threatned to make the payment of bill everymonth.The recent ticket i have raised with CC is 110486674 for getting waiver off Now i am in no where land..Still many things to convey but dont know how to express...........

I've been using Reliance Netconnect for the past few months and have been able to view my usage and to pay the monthly bill online without any problem until this month.

Now, I directed to a new site for which I've signed up but I'm still to receive a PIN.

The whole process is far more (and unnecessarily IMHO) complicated than before.

Can't Reliance also have the old way available? It was much simpler.

By the way, it's not that I can't make other payments. I do bank transfers and utility payments (BSNL, MSEB, etc) without problems.

My OS is Windows XP (SP3) and the browser is Firefox 3.5.3. Does the new site require Internet Explorer with Active X and pop-ups enabled to work?
 
Hello Priyan, I have two laptops ..and am using the wired broadband connection. I am able to browse in one laptop which is a personal one...but when i connect to office laptop am not able to see the reliance homepage itself..what settings do i need to do for using in another laptop(office ones)I called customer care they suggested some activity even then its not working..if you know about this..then it will be a million dollars help to meRajesh

Well done :thumb: In the past, I have asked more than once somewhere else in this forum if there is any ISP rep. participating in this forum.

Few suggestions - the majority of the questions asked in this forum should have been answered by a "FAQ" on your website. Maybe its time you compiled one? There can be one FAQ for technical stuff like modem config. and another one with information on various broadband plans etc.

There is another thread which I came across which has 14 lakh views and the topic is "how to check account usage" !!!. A classic example of this provider not providing enough information on their website which explains how to check usage.

You could also have one which explains (briefly) how the different technologies offered by Reliance (DSL, Wimax etc) work.

And after you get enough feedback (good and bad) from this forum, you should come with a training program for your subordinates/colleagues which will encourage them to improve customer service.

In order to register to check unbilled usage, view and pay bills facility, we request you to visit the URL mentioned below :

Corporate Self Care - Session Expired Page

Please follow steps mentioned below for registration:

· Click on the ‘New User’ link below the username and password box.
· If the screen design / look-n-feel / color schema changes then this also needs to get changed without any delay.
· Key in a username of your choice and check for the availability by clicking on the ‘Check Availability’ button.
· Enter your name details.
· Choose a preferred mode of communication.
· Enter your mobile number or the email address or both.
· Select a secret question of your choice and then provide the answer to that question.
· Key in the characters you see in the word verification image.
· Click on ‘Register’.
· You will receive a password via the preferred communication method that you had chosen.
· Login using your username and the password.

To register your Netconnect Broadband account :

· Login to My Services using your username and password.
· Click on ‘My Account’ on the top left hand corner and then click on ‘Register Account’. OR From Home, Click on My Account then Click on Register Account
· Enter your Customer Account Number, Billing Account Number & Subscriber ID. All these information can be found in your monthly bill. A snapshot of the bill is also embedded in the website to assist you in finding these details.
· After you have keyed in all these details click on ‘Register’ button and your service would be added to your login.
· You would be logged out if this is the first service you are trying to register. In that case please re-login.

To pay your bills, click on the account number on the Left Hand Tree (Registered Accounts) for which you want to pay the bill and then select the 'Postpaid A/C details' tab. The second tab under that is the 'Pay Bill' tab. Once you click that, it would display your outstanding amount. If you wish, you may modify it and then select a payment mode and go ahead with payment.

Hi Priyan,

I have put a plan change request on 27th October, with complaint number number 111917734.
I have called them some 20 times but the response is "we will do it as soon as possible".
Plz see if you can do any thing regarding this.

I applied for a reliance Broadband (649 combo plan ) on 20 Oct,2009.
My Application form number was-17800012381996
I submitted the application form along with a cheque of 500 rupees. My cheque got cashed but still i have not got the broadband connection.
I got the order acceptance mail from reliance broadband on 27th oct ,I was promised that i will get broadband connection within 7 days but till now no connection for me.
In the mean time i called the agents and customer care but just fake assurances. i am providing all my details below please take proper action as soon as possible as i dont know what to do.
