Hi,On 11th June, 2009, 8:18 PM i had requested for shifing of broadband connection for a different location but it was not responded. After couple of days i called up customer care in order to find out the update but i did not get proper update. Thus on 17th June, 2009, 2:41 PM, i again mailed to revert back on the status. Again i did not get any response. Then i again called for customer care but they did not have any update so i was told that "we will revert back to you by end of the same day". Then after waiting for long time, on 25th June, 2009, 5:29 PM i mailed asking for disconnection of service and by this time i had already made the payment for that month. Now this is getting continued. My concerns are : 1. When i have made the payment for June month and i have request for disconnection of server on 25th June, if the same is not processed then why should i make the payment which is pending till date. 2. I have been charged Rs.500 as One time charges for shifting of connection. Initially i was communicated that there will be no charges applicable for shifting of connection within same premises, but now i have been charged for the same.Then i got a call from local Reliance engineers, introducing themselves as broandband managers for my locality, and they said they ll get waivered off soon and to make the remaining payment. But i am continuously making the payment but till date neither i have got a waiver off niether disconnecting the service. Infact here the guys who so called as account managers also cheated me by sending a message in my mobile and got the payment done. Also sometimes I am threatned to make the payment of bill everymonth.The recent ticket i have raised with CC is 110486674 for getting waiver off Now i am in no where land..Still many things to convey but dont know how to express...........
