I want to use reliance broadband through my prepaid account. But when I call to customer care for setting, I get answer after 2-3 days you will get setting. So, I want to know is there any facility that provide quickly setting.

Hi i am using reliance 1 mbps combo plan. I am connecting it using BSNL Wifi router WA3002G4. The problem is whenever i type a site, mozilla firefox says it is unable to find the server. I need to click try again twice or thrice to open the page. Please somebody help solving this problem

Hello Priyan !I'm from Najafgarh, New Delhi. I wanted Reliance Wireline Broadband Connection (2mbps one) at mine home. I booked it on 2nd November 2010. Actually according to your Cust. Care, Broadband is available at mine area, but when Engineer called me, he said it is available in Prem Nagar (Najafgarh), which is nearly 0.5 Km away. So, I want to know whether you guys can extend line to mine area. In our area there is only one ISP, which is MTNL which don't have good Uplaod speed. I'm in seek of a good Upload Speed ISP, which I guess is Reliance.I don't know whether you guys can set it up, but its a request as Broadband is shown available in Najafgarh as per your staff.So, kindly see if you can do any help in this matter.RegardsVipinPS :I'm ready to pay yearly after 1st month. I need that 1499/- Plan.

^ Not sure if Priyan is still active here. Not sure if Priyan is still working with Reliance for that matter.Anyway I spoke with Reliance customer care regarding a new connection. Like it was mentioned over a year ago in this thread, nothing much has changed. In fact things are more ridiculous now.There is an attractive Combo plan @ Rs 649 per month which gives you a unlimited 600 kbps connection with a landline and 50 free calls. Strangely and ridiculously, if you don't want it with the landline, they can give you unlimited 600 kbps @ Rs 1399/- per month. Why can't A Ambani employ ppl who can think?

I am from banglore.my room is near to electronic city(hosa road exactly)I am looking 4wrd to get a broadband plan.i found Combo 600+ Night^ Booste and combo 600 suits to me...i dont have a fixed Reliance phone line or something.i cant aford more than 800 per month...can anybody tell me wethr these plans are available at my place and whom to contact to get the connection.?
