^^^^I am using its 300 kbit/s plan......no connection issues overall - if there is one, call up the CC, and it is fixed ASAP, depending on the Complexity of problem.And theres no FUP.....i use torrents regularly, and unless there arent enough seeders, i get regular speeds of 30-35 kbyte/s....and same speeds for Uploads.Also, if u have well seeded torrents, then the Down or Up speed bursts to very high levels - i have noticed upto 4 Mbit/s or so!!

4yrs back when I called them fr connection they said they will call me back in less than 4 days.....I get a call after 3 months that they are sending someone at my residence fr putting up the connection :rofl: by that time I had become airtel CC lolnow aritel is really fuked up nd need a good reliable alternative here in Delhi

And then, for connection, my exams were on, so i scheduled it at a specific time on a specific day.And guess what, the guys were almost there by the scheduled time on the scheduled day!!No joke this - i am very serious!!

Most probably you have been fooled by the salesman. Do any of your neighbors have a RCOM connection?
I know how things work in RCOM. I speak from experience.

I had paid installation charges + 1 month advance rental after conforming with the CC.
Wiring is done recently but the modem was not working, hope to get a new modem soon. The way wiring is done is very very poor, the guy didn't have driller or any instrument to do proper wiring. Now the wire is just passing through the door and hanging. Really RELIANCE ground staff quality is pathetic.
