I had paid installation charges + 1 month advance rental after conforming with the CC.

Wiring is done recently but the modem was not working, hope to get a new modem soon. The way wiring is done is very very poor, the guy didn't have driller or any instrument to do proper wiring. Now the wire is just passing through the door and hanging. Really RELIANCE ground staff quality is pathetic.

Call the nodal desk no. which I've mentioned in my last post. Most probably they'll resolve it.

hello everyone

I am gaurav and i am running reliance broradband connection 999 pack(1mbps).My reliance id is 321136840902 and i use a wireless router Belkin G wireless router.Two days ago my connection was running perfectly fine.Yesterday i was off to chandigarh and when i came home and try connecting my internet through wifi what i am getting is no login page and already logged page saying welcome 381405142834(as shown in picture)



i am really pissed off by this.Now i am getting 500kbps speeds as i am on someones connection.if i try to logout it then redirects to same page above.I tried to connect my broadband directly and surprizingly it was working fine,showing my connection and running my connection(as shown in pics)





i contacted the customer care they told me that there is no problem with the connection the problem is with your wifi router ...they also said that they cant help as they didnot provide any router with connection.after that i try to reset the wifi and checked DHCP but nothing worked it is still showing me 381405142834 through wifi and 321136840902 through direct connection.I am totally confused where is the problem and what to do please help anyone.

It might be possible, that someone else has used ur router to connect to Reliance Internet through his own customer id, and hasnt logged out yet. May be u can try resetting ur Router altogether.....or something like that. I m no expert in playing with routers, but the problem seems to be the one i pointed out. Let someone else come with a suggestion as to what can be done to ur router, in order to remove that other login id, who hasnt logged out yet.In fact, u can try contacting the person whose connection it is in reality.....u might get that person's details from this login page.

thnxx but i already resetted it several times and also tried to logout from reliance page but it always goes to welcome 38..... my router was having wpa2 s
ecurity password i was checking the page and i found that it is mr Gursewak singh whose id was running through my router...gotta find out this gursewak singh now...but now i gave the router in service centre hope it will be fixed there....

sorry bro cant understand ,,,,dont know about mac binding but i cant tell you that i have resetted my router several times after the problem,played with settings but nothing helped....please if it is related to the mac ID etc than please explain me..

User id :377229840781I live in Lucknow and normally I like to play online multiplayer games.The average pings I get on Indian servers is always greater than 250.Usually on any other broadband service the ping is less than 100.Please inform me that why is this happening? I heard that the routing has changed to Flagtel.If thats the case then please revert all those changes as it causes a lot of trouble to those who like to play online.Thank you
