Microsoft Windows Server 2008

Hello guys Microsoft Windows Server 2008 is the new operating System.Is this a better OS than vista and xp? Is it worth to buy? As i am in USA right now if it is a good Operating System then i can buy it in USA and bring it to India.Guys wat's your opinion about the Windows Server 2008?

Windows Server 2008 is aimed as an upgrade to Windows Server 2003. It has all the features required for a server. For a home user, it will not be of much use. In fact, you wont be very comfortable using it.Go for a version of Vista that comes in your budget.
