right said, and first of all they should stop forcing peoples to install silverlight shitz,
once my hotmail account was hacked, i was geting over 100's mail in my sent item selling viag** & cy***s.
i sent them a support-request, mail in reply they sent me a link to Microsoft help .. do & dont's .. lol
i deleted my all imp information there & after that i never logged into hotmail or live-mail whatever it called their service.
i created an other live account for XB & MS games which force to link account.

whats bad is even their paid email services, having the customized domain, have these keyword searches and ad displays... no problems with this in the free service tho.
