I paid via mobikwik wallet for an item on eBay, while I was on the move and got message that payment was through but Seems eBay didn't get payment.

So I paid again and this time eBay acknowledged.

Now I have raised ticket on mobikwik but no response from them for last 7-8 hours....... Amount is 1700 rs, I thought it will be easy credit back.

What do I do?

I would say wait a day. Or if can tweet them, they should respond & resolve

On a separate note, their app updated & looks like they have added support for payments for Tikona Broadband.
