I received the update and the strange thing is the phone takes a little bit of more time while running games. I had a pin lock so when i hit the numbers it takes a little longer to detect the strokes. Googled this problem and people are saying to factory reset the phone and I'm not willing to do that.

It might take a few hours for the things to smoothen out. Like the device running TRIM on the SSD. Unless of course you got it few days ago and the things have still not smoothened up?

it's been like 2 days and as you mentioned it was supposed to smoothen up but no luck till now

Moto E is very cheap but it is listed in one of top highest radiation phones.....,High SAR rating....

lol. there are premium Nokia lumia devices on that list.

Yeah. I had a belief that only Nokia phones have lowest SAR rating among all but competition affected all.

So the laws in India... They just require the SAR values to be publicly highlighted? No restrictions on sale of phones with values above a certain limits?

No. They might have but when they find high SAR rating, then they take fine or bribe.
