bro yes im use reconnect software and its again connected but download stop when jub pure 2 hours ho jate hai (non resume capability download )
 
u will nt to spend another 500 pm to get a premium membership if ur using link-removed and all and then they will resume...frm DC no one can save u as its a issue with MTNL..only with wired connecition DC are less usually..
 

No help for you unfortunately. We have to live with it. It's MTNL problem as mentioned in this thread many times.
 
Just did my small test. I can confirm that MTNL 3G in Mumbai auto disconnects you after 2 GB download of data.These ridiculous policies are only thought off when one's head is deep in his ass.
