So they have connected 3G users to their shit 182.56.xxx.xxx server. It is heavily throttled and internet experience is very bad on it. At least for landline based connections.

Lol they are hanging for their life to 3.6 Mbps 3G speeds when the whole world has moved on to 42 Mbps HSPA/LTE speeds.

i am getting connected to an ip starting with 203 & 59.. upload is heavily capped 0.42
