Are you existing user or 1st time recharged with 4500 ??

My existing number(lying since an year, used occasionally for voice call). Recharged with neighborhood shop for 4500. Instantly got 800GB(got message). But it took 24 hrs to connect to 3G(Using ZTE K3570Z )

2 days ago recharged with 4500. I got 800GB in a go.
Now all peoples are getting 800gb in delhi. But issue is whether this amount will be reset once a billing cycle get complete,ie after 1 month or not. In my case it doesn't happened for 3 consecutive months.

In delhi there is no extra charge for HSDPA on any plan

Even Mumbai don't have extra charge for HSDPA Activation officially, but many users have followed a different process for activating HSDPA .

delhi never had the hsdpa activation problem...mumbai has this problem since birth of 3g. and charging 449 for activation of HSDPA

Many users have confirmed that from today the HSDPA is activated on all mtnl sims of Mumbai by default...
