MTNL Broadband: 2mbps for free on unlimited plans on sundays in April 2011

Anyone knows whats MTNL bandwidth loss vis-à-vis the distance from the nearest DSLAM/Exchange?

I get a loss of 400kbps meaning 2048Kbps(synced/promised)-400(loss by distance/noise)= 1.6-1.7 Mbps(Actual)

Senior members can direct me to the link of the thread if it exists.

Haven't gone through all the pages but hoping the not getting 2 Mbps speed prob has been solved for scoratas Bhai & others... If not just remember there isn't much a Rs 100 tip can't solve ...

Oh no!! MTNL has become smart... i had kept my comp on to test if they disconnect at 00:00AM...THEY DO!!i see a disconnection at 00:00:15 seconds.Which means, no 6hr extra FUNNIGHT!
