I had this in the morning too..... 1Mbps..... couple of IP refreshes solved it .....
It is annoying though.......

Not on 120.63 and 120.62 range. Actually not a single timeout since I switched.

Modem restart etc did not help.. I did modem hard reset and did the settings again. Problem gone. LOL

Can you try using a different brand of VDSL modem? It might even be modem problem. Also double check if 120.60 is on SOTL or ALCATEL.

I don't wanna contact mtnl unless it is really required. Modem, I might try, but as you all know, not easily available.

Downloads from play store are stuck at 1mbit for the past two days. Anybody facing similar issues?
Speeds aren't consistent too.
