No problems here. Google Play store downloads at steady 8 Mbps.
However I like to point out that upload speed previously used to reach 2.0 Mbps consistently. Now it never goes beyond 1.9 Mbps.

1ms ping on Hathway is not possible. Simply speedtest server fault.

I usually get around 7-7.2mbps (line stats at 8192k). But over the past couple of days, things haven't been great. Sure torrents run at the same 850-900kBps, YouTube again streams at full speed, yet I can't figure out the issue with PlayStore downloads across multiple devices.
Some sites load painfully slowly. Pinging the same gives great latency with no timeouts
Yep, Hathway server has that issue, alternates between 0 and 1ms.

On my VDSL 10 MBPS i get.....

My line's upload capability is low, so set to lower speed.
And YES , i do have problem on Play Store downloads. I get lower speeds there, but otherwise anywhere else i get full speed without Download accelerator

Damn. So. I'm not the only one. This needs to be investigated further Gateway and location?

Gateway ? My location Andheri West - Jogeshwari Exchange, but this problem gets solved at night. At night i get normal speed on Play Store. Very weird.

Gateway as in SOTL/Ericsson/Alcatel?

Haven't monitored at night. Will take a look today.

I'm on Ericsson in Chembur. So the issue doesn't seem localized or gateway specific.

I don't know on which gateway i am, my ip series is 120.60.x.x, if that helps. I don't even wanna ask MTNL ppl too

Has the ping increased to EU in the last 2 days??
I use to get 130ms-155ms on COD4 EU servers...... now tht range is 160ms-196ms

Yup. 195 ms to 85.195.105.130
