Which plan and how pathetic in mbps?

What is the problem with mtnl mumbai now-a-days.....not able to stream youtube videos with out buffering on every resolution except 240p.
Is there a repair work going on, the problem started since last week, speed while downloading is proper except youtube.
Is anyone having the same problem as me.

Exactly the same issue, download speed is great, streaming on YouTube pathetic. 240P. I am on VDSL

Play Store is still occasionally slow. YouTube is perfect.

So many timeouts in the past week.
Also, I never go beyond 5-5.5MBPS for some reason. I called MTNL up so many times. They didn't do shit.
Anyone else?
