MTNL Broadband: 8mbps Plans

Mine Ip Is 59.184.XX.xx m too facing youtube problem as m on 8 mbps plan m past my FUP m getting 0.97 d/w n 0.75 upload speed respectively but still youtube buffers n m able to play only on 240 to 360p videos what shoud i do ?? any 1 help
