MTNL Broadband: 8mbps Plans

i dnt face frequent disconnections but CRC ERRORS are lot upstream n downstream too some times goes above 1000 :( :(
 
Is anybody having frequent disconnections,low speed, hell lot crc for the past 3~4 days.
Im from Mumbai suburbs on 8mbps plan.....and these are my line stats......
Lots of noise,distortion on the phone as well.
Any sort of complain isn't working either...is there repair work going on in suburbs.....?
I think i will have to visit exchange....wat do you say guyz

Line Attenuation: 37.6 25.3 db
Data Rate : 8192 1633 kbps
Max Rate : 9572 1621 kbps
CRC : 60235 101
 
And again MTNL is on its periods, every monsoon this ISP has its those days, disconnections every 2 mins. I raised my 3rd complaint in the evening. My complaint is closed without even solving the issue. Happening since last week now. I dont know what one needs to do to have a stable internet connection in this country.
 
Can you type sentences in full correct English please? This is not BBM or WhatsApp.

On topic:
If your IP address is in range 182.56.xx.xx then you are on New Alcatel
If your IP address is in range 120.xx.xx.xx then you are on SOTL
If your IP address is in range 59.xx.xx.xx then you are either on Old Alcatel or Ericsson.

Ericsson and SOTL IP ranges have trouble free browsing experience.

I am on 182.56 ... *sigh*

Saturday is planned for a visit to the exchange and requesting a switch change. Huff.
 
Major throttling happening right now on my 8 mbps connection. Timeouts and very slow downloads. Is anyone else facing similar issues?
 


No Internet Connection since 5 days...

We are staying in Andheri West - no internet connection since the last 5 days.
(MTNL is not helping us because we are not using their modem)

The ADSL light it constant but the "internet light" is off.

Would anybody be so kind and check if something is wrong with our configuration?
We are using the TP-Link TD-8816 Modem Router --> TP-Link WDR 3600 Router.
