There are 4 servers.

1. Ericsson 59.xx IP
2. Old Alcatel (Problematic) 59.xx IP
3. SOTL 120.xx IP
4. New Alcatel (Most Problematic with burst speed misconfiguration) 182.xx IP

News is that MTNL has ordered for more New Alcatel based servers inspite of fully knowing problems associated with it.

My IP is 120.xx, is SOTL actually good?

i am on the 182 series from the begining and previously it was horrible. however since mid nov they chanegd something and no matter what my pings n speeds are extremely stable hitting >9 throughout. SOTL guys are having more problems now than 182 series lol

Routing is messed up on different servers. Notice how I am getting 12-14 ms pings to google.com while everyone is 60+ ms :p

Edit: twitter.com finally loaded just now.

If I remember right, one of you guys used to use a VPN right? If so, could you tell me which VPN did you use, and how to configure it (as in free or not, need to register and stuff) ALso, is torrenting through VPN equally fast?

I have been using a VPN to connect to TweetDeck initially on my fucking dipshit Reliance Broadband connection for a few days now. Opening t.co links is also a nightmare.
