MTNL Broadband: 8mbps Plans

Guys,
A update on my issue, i am on 8mbp 165gb up plan, i used up my full 165gb up this month so according to plan my speed is downgraded to 1.5mbps till end of month, now the speed is shit slow but i m not getting an issues while downloading game patches & updates for my xbox one games, with the 8mbps speed i useto get "installation error" after downloading every 400-500mb but now managed to update a game with 2gb patch & no errors though it was slow, could be my problem will get solved if i downgrade from 8mbps to 4mbps?
any inputs would be great.

Not much use of such speeds..... Hardly anything that will utilize that much speed......

YOU Mumbai has 50Mbps @ Rs.1499 with 50GB FUP....... too less FUP for tht speed

My MTNL Mumbai 8Mbps @ Rs.1690 with 85GB FUP
