So, have any other people written to the CMD, MTNL about this blatant invasion of privacy?

Today it is showing up in very aggressive form. It loads up and you cannot visit a website without loading the ads.

Finished my FUP of 4 GB on the 1st day of month itself and this pop-up has been bothering me since then .

My plan is Freedom 645 which offers 2mbps till 4GB and then 512kbps unlimited.
