Okay I saw the ad once again. My brother could not open this site. So I had to disable avast! which was blocking the Adphonso servers.
The same Google adsense ad. This time I checked the code. It is still using the same adsense publisher ID. So your complaint to Google fell on deaf ears.

do anyone know if we can get any help from RTI to know is it legal for mtnl to do such data tampering and force crap on its users, I don't think mtnl ever mentioned about this future crap in the terms & conditions while giving connections and also what TRAI DOT think about this

For that they need to understand what they are doing in the first place. I mean Indian government is not very big on user privacy and so on... They might not even think that it is a big deal.
