MTNL Broadband is injecting ads on your computer pretending it's a feature

Does this affect only delhi users or mumbai users as well ? Also adphonso website has a nextra ISP testimonial , someone using nextra should also have faced these popups .
 
Yep. Nextra's case had been documented on the forum.

Haven't faced any ads (yet) here.
 
Since MTNL is infected, I am waiting for it to arrive on BSNL. God knows what I would do.
 
Adphonso's office is located in Dwarka Delhi. Perhaps this is why MTNL Delhi became their first victim.
Parent company Abeer Media's office is located in Gurgaon, so next possible target can be BSNL in Haryana.
 
To be honest , this adphonso is only doing harm to MTNL and its reputation by annoying its customers , MTNL should realize this and be smart enough to quickly remove this ad network promotional thing especially after receiving many complaints sent out by its users .

Still haven't seen this..... But I guess it can be blocked with firewalls.....

It keeps popping on any websites?.... Anything more??.... I mean does it pop even when the browser is closed??
