MTNL introduces unlimited free local calls at night - The Times of India

MTNL has decided to introduce unlimited free local calling for its landline and broadband customers (Combo) between 2200 HRS to 0700 HRS to any network. The free unlimited calling facility is also available for Delhi MTNL landline customers to any network to Mumbai and vice versa during the same hours.
The STD call charges have also been made local by making call charges rate at 180 sec/pulse, it added.

Also confirmed by calling 1500. Its applicable for all plans including combo plans.

I wonder if Mumbai to Gurgaon is also free.

Calling mobile(delhi circle) in gurgaon is free, landline nope.
Its comes in Bsnl area 0124 code.
Though calling from Bsnl Gurgaon landline to Mumbai landline/mobile is free.

Here is the Document I grabbed from MTNL Delhi's site. Just like BSNL, MTNL Delhi has raised monthly rental on all landline and Broaband combo plans. No of free calls also have been increased.
