Can 256Kbps called as Broadband ? I think as per TRAI it should be atleast 2mbps.

which year are you living in?trai states broadband in india is 256kbps unlimited internet. only 80% is guaranteed speeds.

I have read this The Hindu Business Line : TRAI for ‘redefining’ floor broadband speed at 2Mbps few days back and somehow thought it has already been implemented.... :isorry:
