mtnl NU broadband timings

have any of you guys noticed that the mtnl mumbai broadband site shows system time almost 20-25 minutes ahead of the IST. does this mean that the time (12 am and 8 am) for night unlimited plan also starts and ends 20-25 minutes before the IST?

i thought it was 5 minutes ahead of IST.i dont think it is 20-25 min. there was a differnence of 20 min way back, but i think that was in delhi.

20-25 ahead cant be true else all NU users wud complain big time because their schedular will go all haywire

Hi, If your are talking about the time on the speed test page; then that would be close to the actual time. The server that manages the timing for the D/Ls is a seperate entity altogether. At this moment in Delhi, the server is approx 10 minutes ahead; so at around 7:50 am IST; the server is already at 8.00 am. You can test the timings in the following manner. Note your PC time; reboot the router; check the time in the sessions history on the MTNL site; be guided by this difference. Check this once every week/month. Cheers...

20 to 25 mins seems so to be very unlikely..maybe a diffrence of max 5 mins
