MTNL Triband Broadband Speeds become unstable through the night

i am using MTNL 749_NU i use registered trackers but don't get stable speeds it goes upto200+ but its stable and after 2.30AM it gets terrible35-40 with 500+ seeds i am using Utorrentsin explorer its ok but i am not able to DL any thing from link-removedplz help methanx

what are the modem stats after 0230?does the line condition go bad after that time(Likely) ...........if not it may be that the RS servers are overloaded and have less bandwidth to share with you(Unlikely)Also if its Torents [and not RS] I noticed that at particular times when a High speed uploader goes off line the DL speed crashes for that particular torrent

how to check modem stats??????? speed is fine in explorer even after 2.30AM don't noe what happenswhy i am not getting stable speeds how much u guys DL in night i am just able to DL 1.5GB i was using 590_NU for 2yr recently changed my plan and i use to DL 650+MBplz help me regarding this things that i can check:wall::wall::wall::wall:thanx a lot

have u forwarded the ports properly.If u port forward incorrect ports u normal http trafic will be affected.As u are from delhi i guess a static ip address has been assigned to u so i guess u are not able to download from rs one by one by restarting the modem and there by renewing ip adress.If u are downloading from rs;The speed that u get on rs depends on how popular the file is.edit@nameswhich modem are u usingpost ur modem snr details

first check ur ip adress @ WhatIsMyIP.com .Then restart the router and then again check the ip adress.If it is same the u have been assigned static ip adress else you have been asigned dynamic ip adress
Simply restart router every time u want to download a file provided u have been alloted dynamic ip adress.

Thats highlry unlikely I know ppl abroad who say they get 1000 KBps + on RS , consistent

Simply restart router every time u want to download a file provided u have been alloted dynamic ip adress.
or just get a premium acc.
So u can download a whole movie or a game without hassels of turning off the router everytime
