well i hope i dont have to face the problems you are facing over your connectionsi know the callcenter in pune suks bigtimethe thing is if you have plans that are greater than 128 kbps then you can take legal action since it is defined as broadband connection by govt. which is supposed to stay onbut we also signed that terms and conditionwhich has a lot of vague terms like "best effort" and the req that you must allow vsnl ppl to check out your stuff you connect to their equipment.etc etc..........remembers the white paper having terms and condition ????of course this can still be challenged in court....consumers be -awareanyways anyone has numbers contact nos> or any other details others can utilize ???
