My experience with Tikona

Have been reading lots of negative reviews about Tikona lately... And wanted to share my experience regarding their services. I've been using Tikona for around one and a half year now, and it been quite a pleasant experience... I am not saying that don't have any issues or problems, but which broadband service doesn't? They have been providing me with the promised speed. Apart from a few downtimes initially, that is when I took Tikona, their connection has been quite reliable. Their customer service, I observed, have improved quite a bit since I first subscribed to them. Not the cheapest but, you surely get what you pay for. Attached is the screenshot of the speed test of my connection.

Had an issue with my connection day before yesterday. Made a call to the CC. They said its an issue locally and would send a person. The rep called late in the evening, so told him to come at 9.30 in the morning. He was there bang on time and took about half an hour to replace the device, change the RJ45 jacks, setup the device, etc. All working good now. Always maintained that they have a decent service network.

By and large, I am also satisfied with Tikona.
For me especially, it is a big boon because I am able to use one and the same account from my homes in Mumbai and Pune. This makes it the cheapest solution too.

You can use it with upto 3 mac addresses at the same time anywhere in india, your speed will be divided if all 3 are downloading
