Available at all BestBuy stores [bestbuy.com], seems i'm unable to access the site from here, maybe a non-US ip block...? In any case, u'll now how to get around that :cool2:

bestbuy.com has not worked for me for over a week now. i have no idea why not. and makes no sense why they would block indian IPs.

from what i know, they do not ship directly to india. very few US based stores do.

No yar, unfortunately they don't ship to India, u have to ask someone to bring the phone along with them on their way back from the U.S

and no, bestbuy isn't blocking just the Indian IP's, they're blocking all non-US IP's. A friend of mine in the Philippines confirmed that for me.

Also, transparent proxy's won't work, u have to have an anonymous undetected proxy.

there are rumors already from some blogs that samsung would launch it in india for 24K. heh. i am not linking to such rumors. the phone is manufactured by samsung FOR google. samsung probably does not get to decide where and when it goes on sale but then google could use samsung's network and service center to offer it in india. that would be somewhat of a good news for me wrt support.

Even if it is launched officially in india by samsung, its going to cost in range of 27K to 29K.
