My Jio Fiber Connection Refund not return and also Not Working

I have taken Jio Fiber at 3rd september2021 New Connection for my Daughter in Law of Online Job. But Suddenly Her Call from Her Office to Immediately Atteend at 13th September,2021. I return Modem at 19.09.2021. But Still Jio Not Taking Action.
My Connection is 6Months One Time Payment. But when we return for refund, they take time still now.

File a complain on pgportal.gov.in

Also please remove your subscriber ID and complaint number from your ISP details. Probably @Sushubh can do that for you.
