Huawei) are just cheaters! our petty operators get into financial loop and buy equipment from all these F***k vendors and spoils customers delight.
we actually blame operator for this, but my dear friends pls note that it is all done by huwaei. huwaei decide how much bandwidth has to be capped at BTS. BSNL would have given 1-10gbps at each site through fiber for 500 user(at each given time) but these idiots will cap it to 500-700 mbps to prevent chocking of their cheap equipment which will get heated up. suppose each site is occupied by 500 users, each will get 800 kbps to 1 mbps only
BSNL pays huge amount every month to Huwaei to maintain and operate network and hopes that huwaie would do its job, but they all eat away money because unlike Pvt companies no body monitors network fromm BSNL. it is only if BTS is down for more that 3 days , they will wake up. then mails will start going to huwaei to do check up.
huwaei also take advantage of this. some sites are so badly maintained that not even airconditioner is working at some sites. some times they will keep open the site door to have cool ventilation of air.
Yep, it is the actual situation out there & your comments are true which many people are definitely not appear a case to many. Some time back i was having chat with a BSNL guy working in a small city near by my village & that he was telling me that most of the BTS there were operating only on 300 mbps capcity & he told that they are working towards getting them each a 1Gbps capacity to handle the increasing no. of user load.
