Need clarification or wakeup Tata Sky SOUTH Zone users

I dont agree.. All DTH content providers charge more .. DTH is only for the rich.. I would be paying Rs.450 pm if not for the annual pack.. and some free gift vouchers courtesy giftmate.. I have subscription till august, and thus the time for Tata to show improvement in customer satisfaction..

By Cable operators, i meant in the CAS areas, if your city is not under CAS then I'd suggest DTH only if u can afford!

I don't agree with with you that DTH is for Rich people Might be that's your opinion as you are paying more in Tata Sky because tata sky has very costly packages.

I am having Dishtv with platinum pack and enjoying almost all the channels at Rs.312 except colors and UTV channels if you add thenm to then also you will be able to get almost all the channels at around Rs.350 in dishtv.

Where as per your statement you are paying approx Rs.450 for the same set of channels or getting even less channels.

If you opt for Sun direct then their base back is low priced @ Rs.110 but doesnot have all the necessary channels and their add on packs are very very costly.

Infact in cable also, they charge around Rs.250 and doesnot have all channels and above all audio and video quality is poor further whenever their is a power failure then you are on mercy of your cable operator either wait for power to come back or wait for cable operator to on his generator which they never do.
 
i think you live in rural area, thats what you think here fake news. Cable operators provide illegally for paid channels. In TamilNadu, every one aware of it.

Well how many channels does your cable operator provide, in dishtv i am getting 185 channels in platinum pack and dishtv in total have 240 channels where as cable doesn't have that much channels they hardly have 90-100 channels and that too were in poor quality of audio and video.
 
I get more than 200 channels on cable. 88 on analuoge and rest in digital. No poor audio or video. In fact better than these DTHs.
 
@dhoni You receive around 200 Channels. :oDont count the same channel, example in Chennal SUN Channels available both in Analog and Digital. :D

Let us count. He is counting DD+ also as channels coming on Dish tv.

SCV Platinum Plus costs Rs.390 per month which has much more channels than TS's Annual mega pack and Dish tv's highest pack! Plus 50 channels in Digital mode.
 
dont ever try to compare DTH with cable when it comes to channel numbers:@ as in cable they provide all pay channels for low cost with good pic and audio quality:madness:
