Hi @xyster
I also have the same Airtel router: aot-4221sr

I called airtel on 121 and the support person didn't know what a bridge mode is.

Can you please share step by step guide on how did you enable bridge mode on your route?

@JB701 OMG thanks! I will try this. Also does Airtel not have to deactivate PPPoE from their router so I can setup the credentials on mine? Will they do it along the bridge mode query or do I have to mention it separately?

@srinivas39326 you said above "simply copy airtel ont serial no and paste in new GPON router" . Which GPON Router are you talking about ? could you please name the one you using and its link ?
you also said "I replaced airtel gpon ont with TP-Link xz000-g3 terminal by just pasting serial no.for router I am using Tp link Archer AXE75. "
I did not understand this sentence. I am new to this ?
could you please guide me with the full process ? any guide please text or video.

you also said on other thread that "why need bridge mode, simply copy airtel ont serial no and paste in new GPON router. " ,
could you please tell me what to do after that to use other Companys router ?
and what will happen to the new GPON Router?

Brdr, he's talking about replacing the Airtel ONT with third-party ONT like XX530v.
And the GPON SN is given at the bottom of your Airtel ONT, whatever it is.

after following your above suggestion by copying GPON SN on ONT router and after setting it up, Is It possible to do bridge mode on that ONT/GPON router so that I could connect M4 mesh router to (ONT Router) to increase wifi coverage ?

thanks
