Separate broadband bill cannot be downloaded, it’s a consolidated bill only and as per the Black breakup of individual services, I am on 1099 plan with Broadband + DTH, not sure how it’s treated when postpaid mobile is included, may be as there are multiple mobile accounts, individual bills for postpaid is getting generated.

@imdarkray you are in which black plan, is broadband included with that.

No it can't be downloaded separately bro. You get a consolidated bill with all details including broadband including data consumption. Is there some specific info you need from a separate bill that you wish to see in the Black bill?

Total amount is the plan + GST they have a break up of the bill in pages following the headlines page (page 1)

If you guys can reach here. You can click on More and download the individual bills.

The trick is to reach old Help Center and there search for Bill then click on "I want to view/understand my current bill | Broadband"
There could be another way too. But I am not sure.

@armaan_99 My broadband is not part of Black. I have 2 postpaid and 1 DTH in Airtel 899res. Black plan.

@imdarkray Under Black you can’t get there, it will say this service is part of Black, what you are sharing is applicable if your Broadband is not part of Black, I used to get that option before I opted for Black.

@pankaj You can give some insights why you are looking for individual bill for broadband, when it’s bundled the plan charges changes, I already mentioned it subsequent pages the bill will give details only for broadband but charges will be as per black plan so in your case it will be ₹900 for broadband. I can take print or save pdf for page 3 & 4 where only broadband bill services are mentioned. You can see below second page rental is 999 and Net charges is 805.

Still fail to understand the issue in Black plan billing vs individual plan billing. @pankaj what exactly do you wish to see in your separate bill???

@armaan_99 I already said, you cannot see this window easily. You will have to do some monkey testing to reach there. Let me tell you one way you can try to go there.
You must have some Postpaid account added in the black plan. Right?
Go to Services tiles and then click on Postpaid mobile account. Click on Help in the shortcuts tile and it will send you to the old help center.
There search with "Bill" and then click on "I want to view/understand my current bill | Broadband".
There you go, you have reached there.

I can individually download my DTH and Postpaid bill which are added in Black.

Okay, let me explain, I am already using the Airtel 1499+GST plan + 499 mobile postpaid plan.
So I thought of migrating to the 2299Rs black plan which will give me broadband + mobile (1+3 addons) + DTH (Dad is using), to save some money.

However, I need a separate bill for broadband as I am claiming reimbursement from my company, but they will not reimburse any additional payments that are not related to broadband consumption. :p

Better to keep your broadband seperate from airtel black if you are going to claim a reimbursement from company. The whole point of airtel black is to get bundled services in a consolidated bill and save a few hundred rupees.
Not everyone has the time to dig deep into an app just to get a bill. Either the process should be straight forward and simple or there should be no provision at all.

@pankaj so what you do is give the airtel black bill and tell them to pay only for the BB part + GST. The details are there in the bill. Just print the 1st headline page and relevant pages with details as proof. It's all there in the consolidated bill document.

In the past I had a family plan for my mobile connections and my company used to reimburse only for my connection, not my wife's number

Well he wants to claim 1499+GST but in the plan he has opted broadband is charged at 900+GST, he can only claim that amount.

@imdarkray i already said there is no option to check the individual bill, even if the option is achieved as per your method he will still see 900 for broadband.

I am on Airtel Black with BB+DTH and you are on DTH+Mobile and @pankaj is going with BB+DTH+Mobile, I can’t view separate BB bill as I don’t have mobile in my black account.
