In india everything takes a lot of time..the 16 rs/min charges u mentioned were way back in 95-96 when mobile services were launched..and incoming became free around 2003 a good 8 yrs after launch..BB is only 2.8 yrs old..

yes brother you are right it takes almost 8 years. but it doesn't mean that this will also take so much time. if this plan is a mistake mtnl must remove from their website there are lot of people calling there call centre regarding this plan. I also call 1504 they say yes this plan is right. but when call 1500 to change the plan they say they have only one unlimited plan. I think we should wait for 15 to 20 days than it will clear that it gonna take take 8 year or it will happened in under three years.
