i really wish, hoping against hope for it to be true..why the plan hasnt been taken off the website if its wrong and inspite of repeated queries.. is coz of the simple fact that yesterday and today were off days for MTNL (saturday is not exactly off..but not much work gets done in MTNL on sat's) most probably by tuesday if not monday itself we'll know..whether its a goof- up or we have something to rejoice..

stop going off topic people...this is a nonsensical observation. the plans with unlimited DL limit mention the world "Unlimited". In this plan, they've only mentioned N/A in place of the DL limit and additional charge per MB. That doesn't mean that you have UL downloads. All it means is that you DONT get any free usage.This is definitely a typo, so chillax people. Get back to reality!

i thnk its a mistake...if not a mistake the plans mentioned below that 3rd plan will have no takers at all, a dsl plan without dsl subscription charges and other plans below it provide less and you have to pay more...does not make sense of course unless you think that 949 dsl is the correct and rest below it are the typing mistakes ..very unlikely no point wasting time even calling them..furthermore if it was true it kills all the isp,s in delhi and i do not think the ministry wants that...it just that the person who modified the page was sleeping...

It sounds too good to be true... The CC guys are totally ignorant chaps... jo bas aap ko goli dete hai... when you quiz them too much... they just say so that u get pleased & perhaps they might get some bonus or some thing if any feedback of that call be taken from customer...Let's wait for a few more days as it might be a typo error & will be rectified by the website programmer / admin when he is brought to notice after the weekend of sat/sun..But if this plan really exists & rolls out.. it will certainly make other plan dwarf & force other ISP's to bring down price which could see us benefit..Long has been said abt. such debates.. like when Railtel ( by Indian Railways) will roll it will make BB cheap.. but it's only along the railway tracks.. 
In India everything happens to be at IST = Indian Stretchable Time..Cant wait to see the excitement of this plan being rolled out... it it's a reality then MTNL will be swamped by this plan applications... & slowly some prob will also surface (God Forbit that this should happen)... like when VSNL started 9to9 NU Plan & couldn't handle the billing issue...I will also apply to this plan if it materializes... (Man... i am really glad that i live in S Delhi & not nearby area)
