I am waiting for the day Jio introduces 1 GB per day plan with validity of 1 sec. so by the time you finish recharge, your plan is over already.

Jio doesn't allow to make calls via top-up balance available when no plan is activated?? My plan expired today and even having around Rs.60 as talktime balance I'm unable to make calls!!

I don't think any of the operators allow that. Your plan needs to have validity in order to use the top-up balance.
