@CosmicWisdom no changes can made by the user unless you have a hackable firmware version that is very rare nowadays. Those routers are locked down tighter with each passing version and cannot be downgraded to get around locked settings.

Don't waste time..just call Airtel Support or raise a ticket through the app and cross your fingers. Trust me switching the Nokia to dumb ONT mode and using your own router is the best thing to do if you want control and performance.

Anyone know any 3rd party firmware that can work on Nokia 2425g model? im having rebooting problems which i guess is due to the old firmware running on my device.

I fell into the same trap and now my router is updated to latest firmware. I could not access the login page so I reset my rotuer. But still admin/admin is not working after reset. Can someone tell me what is the default username password for the setup page now? Internet is gone because the pppoe setup is lost during reset.

@igloo Hey ! Just wanted to ask a quick question. When you said "Got it replaced with a dasan h660" did you mean airtel replaced it for you or what?

@sprits007 airtel did because Nokia was not acting erratically . That said got rid of airtel altogether becoz of too many frequent disconnections

I figured that my router is reset on the latest firmware with OperatorID ALCL. SSH is enabled on port 22, but I cannot login.
Tried AdminGPON:ALC#FGU, ONTUSER:ONTUSER, ONTUSER:SUGAR2A041, userAdmin:<default wifi password>, user:user, admin:admin.
None of them worked. Any idea what could work?
