It wasn't sold cos of WP8 .. Old devices won't be getting wp8 update.. So very less went for lumia 900 and lumia models ..

microsoft only recently revealed that current generation devices would not get wp8.

well.......one of my friend had got samsung phones (cheaper) distributions, but after 6 months they got irritated with company policies and kicked samsung(as per him, or may be samsung kicked them lol), they now like Nokia and know their vale, as in , nokia doesnt let their partners suffer , policies are in favour of retailers and distributors.

Actually i liked the cluttered metro UI, space fully utilized and refreshing

Damn. Too much space wasted at the bottom. I would have preferred something more crisp in that sense. Also no release date is a big downer. I was hoping to get it in the next one month if it was being sold in the US market. I really like Apple's policy in this regard. Announce the device. Put it up for sale. Watch the lines grow.
