Not getting SMS on Airtel VoWiFi

anyone having incoming sms issues on VoWifi - when there is absolutely no cellular signal.

with no cellular signal, if i am on VoWifi-

• can make / receiving calls
• can send sms

BUT cannot receiving incoming sms. All incoming sms comes in chunk when I move out to a coverage area.


This happens only with Airtel VoWifi, works perfect on Jio VoWifi
Using samsung m30s, updated firmware

I checked with my mom’s phone and there seems to be no such issue.

I am on Jio wifi using jio fiber.. Using jio sim.
But this issue m facing in jio fiber. Haven't still checked the same on airtel wifi calling

Hi all,
I too was facing the same issue. I think now it has been solved by them itself. From today I'm getting OTP and sms also. Same happened with my frnds in this area

Facing this issue with Airtel VoWiFi on my iPhone 12. Unable to receive SMS. Any idea how to fix this?
I feel the ONT router is the problem due to which VoWiFi is unstable. Can someone else confirm the same?

I am also facing the issue of sms not being received whereas i can send the sms,this is only happening where there is absolutely no mobile coverage and wifi calling is active,does anyone know how to resolve this
