NU Automated UT STARCOM ROUTER REBOOT... PLZZZ HELP

Itbhay..just open ur command prompt and type telnet 192.168.1.1U will get the telnet daemon of the router along with a set of options..look for an option called reboot..type in the option number and hit enter..highlight the entire telent session with its commands and hit enter that will copy it from the command prompt and paste it here..
 
I've seen his router configuration. It isn't anything like you've shown here, so that I guess is the problem.Regards,Yesudeep.
 
Is it UT 304 r2? bcoz i have it & it needs a bit different command to automatically reboot
 
I am not saying that the options will be the same coz if they were...the script in the tut wud have worked..i simply wanted him to identify the reboot option from the telnet menu of his router..Anywayz since Yesudeep has access to itbhay's router.. i think he should be able to do it for him

I have UT-304R2I use the following script for automatic reboot192.168.1.1 23WAIT "login"SEND "admin\m"WAIT "password"SEND "yourpassword\m" WAIT "$"SEND "reboot\m"WAIT "$"SEND "reboot\m"I have to send reboot twice, dont know why.......but thats what I figured out after a lot of hits and trials

Hehe:), guess what it took me a few days to get it working......& i havnt learnt Computer Science since class X. It was all hit & trial.
