videocond2honline, Yesterday I ordered a new D2H connection for my newly built house through online but somehow missed to follow the link provided in this thread 1st post (at the last moment); rather I followed the general link provided in your website. But I did mention Broadbandform.in in the referral field. Your team scheduled the installation in couple of hours from now. Is there a way I and Admin can claim the referral benefits (whatever it could be)?

Hi D2HOnline Team,
i have purchased d2h through online 2 week back. There is mismatch in audio and video sync and for initial loading of d2h is taking time when i switch on TV. as well when i change the channel, it takes around few seconds. And major finding is picture margin is not sync with TV border. Are all common problems with d2h?
Earlier i used to have cable sob, i did not find any problem (in Hyderabad).

I am a user, and heres what i can answer....
Lip sync - Rarely happens, i1 or 2 channel change solves it - That happened my case twice/thrice.
Syncing with TV border - some tweaking in STB might be needed. Coz its fitting perfect for me (42" TV), and had never occured as well.
Other 2.....yes they are slow. But i actually am not affected by that, coz after the STB turns on, my first TV viewing happens after around 1-2 hours.
But 1 new problem i noticed these days is......Picture turns Pinkish at times for a few moments, and most of the times it gets fixed on its own. Sometimes i have to restart the STB (Thats when i face the slow Start-up issue as well!!)
@ Haris, Any technical issue this??
Lastly 1 curiosity.....the info bar shows us the Temperature, along with Conditions (Cloudy/Sunny/Rainy).....Which location's weather does that show?? Coz at times it shows Rainy too....:O :O :O

Yes this is the technical issue and is common with DTHs. However, you can mail me your customer ID and I will check with the issue. Hope that helps.
