No, it has a separate Municipal Corporation (Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation). I had this doubt too, but some people treat Ulhasnagar as a part of Mumbai (e.g. IRCTC, Season Ticket Booking), just like Thane which has its own Municipal Corporation.

Anyway hope we get a HD-DVR at my place too. Am eagerly waiting like you as me and my sis often fight with each other:wall: as the timing of some of our TV shows clashes

The HD DVR will only be available in Delhi and Mumbai through the Online Channel as of Now, but will extend gradually across major cities. We do not have the offers yet and it has reached distributors so hold tight and we are on schedule.
